OUR ICHESS TEAM

Dr. Ngashi Ngongo is one of the pioneers of the UNICEF bottleneck analysis approach, the real-time monitoring (RTM), the child-friendly communities initiative and the EQUIST tool. He has supported over 30 countries in Asia, the Americas, and Africa in health systems analysis and strengthening, health reforms, policy formulation, strategic and operational planning, capacity development, and program reviews.
