Senior public health, health systems and monitoring & evaluation specialist with more than 14 years of experience in programme coordination, health systems strengthening, community health, malaria, immunization and performance improvement across Central and West Africa. He supports ministries of health, international organizations and donor-funded programmes through programme reviews, systems assessments, evidence-based planning, capacity strengthening and data use for decision-making, with strong exposure to Global Fund GC7 and C19RM processes.

- Director of Research, MEAL (since April 2026) – leads ICHESS research, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning.
- Multicountry Project Lead, BIRCH project – Global Fund (2024–2026) – led technical support in seven African countries: assessments of community health systems and of GC7- and C19RM-supported interventions; institutional and programmatic reviews of governance, service delivery, performance monitoring and accountability; analytical inputs for technical dialogue with the Global Fund, AFD and UN agencies.

- Technical Advisor, Community Health and Malaria – CHAI, Burkina Faso (2022–2024) – technical assistance to the Ministry of Health to integrate routine immunization, catch-up vaccination and malaria into community health worker platforms; designed and supervised the training of 17,666 community health workers; contributed to the Global Fund GC7 funding request.
- Health & Nutrition Program Manager – Action Against Hunger, Cameroon (2020–2021) – integrated maternal, newborn, child health and nutrition programmes; community-based surveillance, referral and social mobilization.
- Community Health and Health Systems Strengthening Specialist – UNICEF Cameroon (2017–2020) – support to the Ministry of Health for the national community health strategy and its international financing; performance dashboards and DHIS2 data integration; multi-stakeholder coordination platforms.
- Health & Nutrition Program Coordinator and Community Health Expert (Senior Consultant) – UNICEF DRC (2013–2017) – strengthened community health directorates and coordination mechanisms; developed monitoring and evaluation systems and capacity-building plans.
