Holds a Master’s degree in Community Health and Epidemiology from IFRISSE, Burkina Faso (2021-2023) and a double degree in Health Management and Maternal and Child Health from the James Lind Institute, Geneva, Switzerland (2019-2021). He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Baptist University of Congo in 2015 and holds degrees in Public Health and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Lubumbashi (2009, 2012). His academic credentials are complemented by professional training in results-based management and health systems strengthening.

Project Manager, ICHESS (August 2024 – Present): Leads a multi-country project funded by the Global Fund, focused on community health. Responsibilities include strategic planning, technical coordination, budget management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, and advocacy for increased investment.

Malaria Program Manager & Community Health Systems Strengthening, Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) (2022-2024) – Burkina Faso: Supervised national malaria control strategies, trained community health workers, developed management tools, and mobilized resources from the Global Fund.

Health and Nutrition Program Manager, Action Against Hunger (2020-2021) – Cameroon: Managed a multidisciplinary team, oversaw program planning, built the capacity of health personnel, promoted nutrition and hygiene practices, and responded to health emergencies

Health Specialist & Health Systems Strengthening Expert, UNICEF (2017-2020) – Cameroon: Developed and managed maternal and child health programs, coordinated vaccination campaigns, built the capacity of health workers, and conducted strategic studies.

Technical Advisor in Reproductive Health, Médecins du Monde (2015-2017) – DR Congo: Strengthened community health services, coordinated interventions, prepared for and responded to emergencies, built local capacity, and promoted reproductive health and family planning.

Coordinator of the Health and Nutrition Program, Solidarity for Peace and Development (SPAD) (2013-2015) – DR Congo: Coordinated health and nutrition programs in emergency contexts, managed interventions, strengthened local capacity, and established monitoring and evaluation systems.
