Support for the introduction and operationalization of the reform of free primary health care for mothers and children under 5 in Mali.
Mali (October 2020): Support for CSU-gratuité des SSP: costing, impact and implementation.With funding from UNICEF Mali, ICHESS trained 70 national and regional experts in health systems analysis and priority strategies for free healthcare. Elaborated the investment file with financing strategies for free health care, validated the policy and financing strategies, and set up an implementation support committee.
Djibouti (December 2019): Development of the PNDS and HSS reforms for the CSU. At the request of UNICEF Djibouti and other PTFs, ICHESS supported the development of the new PNDS (2020-2024).
